Woody Sparks
Woody Sparks is a singer, songwriter, poet, and music producer. He wrote the international hit Hello, Hurray, recorded first by Judy Collins and then by Alice Cooper. Sparks – stage name of New Westminster musician Rolf Kempf – regularly performs original jazz, blues, pop and the standards. Owing to a childhood bout with polio, Rolf's disability has had only a minimal influence on a lifetime of writing, performing and producing music.
